A foreman works closely with the Superintendent, and is responsible for controlling day-to-day activities on a construction site.
The Foreman performs the following activities:
- Temporary facilities setup and maintenance.
- Maintaining site cleanliness and safety
- Assisting the Project Super with Maintaining records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field orders and RFIs.
- Setting up for groundbreaking ceremonies.
